Must have high volume Fine Dining/private event experience!
Sous Chef Requirements:
- 2 - 3 years experience in Kitchen Management positions
- Prior experience as a Sous Chef
- Must be organized and a clear communicator (written and verbal skills, computer literate)
- Proven experience in managing and coaching teams
- Highest standards of quality
