Job Description
We are looking for a Sous Chef Cook to join our small crew at Kingfisher Lodge. You can look forward to working with alongside our culinary trained chef (who is the best in town), enjoying some of the meals you cook, and getting to enjoy the beautiful land and river access right from Kingfisher. ON SITE EMPLOYEE HOUSING AVAILABLE (utilities included). PAY FOR TRAVEL & MILEAGE PROVIDED
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day culinary operations with instruction from head Chef
- Manage Sysco & grocery store orders
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment
- Assist in the development of menu items
- Create recipes and unique plating
- Utilize decor to enhance guests meal time experience
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in kitchen environment or culinary arts preferred (not required)
- Ability to interact with guests in necessary
- Basic knowledge of kitchen safety
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
