The Strategic Sourcing Intern will be supporting sourcing projects for goods and services including but not limited to; RFx data management, Data Analysis, Spend Reporting, Market Analysis, RFx Analysis and supporting the category management team in day-to-day tasks.
Job duties include but not limited to:
- Utilize strategic sourcing process to support sourcing projects
- Supporting sourcing projects from kick-off to implementation
- Spend Reporting: prepare detailed spend reports by sourcing category to be published to senior leadership
- Support category managers on supplier management (supplier performance, quarterly business review, etc.)
- Perform spend management and identify new sourcing opportunities
- Other ad hoc projects and analysis as assigned

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree Candidate from a regionally accredited four-year college or university
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Experience using Excel
- Proven problem solving and decision-making skills, analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.
- Ability to work well with others in fast paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to be respectful, approachable and team oriented while building strong working relationships and a positive work environment
