Job Responsibilities:
- Support optimization and harmonization projects for S2P process, procedures to optimize productivity and ensure compliance of the global S2P policy
- You are contributing for identifying the AS-IS process state of the ADM locations and to close the gap between the TO-BE process design and drive the process documentation for the processes within your area of expertise
- Serve as primary liaison to the ADM business stakeholders in the region to solicit input and ensure process excellence
- Drive further automation of the P2P interface processes (e.g. approvals, catalogs, use of contracts, etc.)
- Support the change enablement and adoption to bring people together and ensure buy-in for the transformation
- Perform root cause analysis, structured problem solving, and value stream mapping
- Develop business process flows using Visio, Lucid, or other process mapping tools to clearly document current to future state requirements
- Bachelor's degree in your area of expertise or equivalent experience; preferably 2+ years relevant professional experience
- Deep understanding of Procure/Source to Pay area, and experience translating this to the business needs as a procurement business analyst
- Experience with digital transformation / system migration / system implementation
- Expertise with SAP MM module and / or Coupa
- Creative problem-solver who is skilled at multitasking.
- Strong organizational skills, and excellent communication skills
- Team player who is able to build relationships, with a good history of meeting deadlines.
