Solutions Engineer - Devops / Ai

Location:

This position is for on-site (in the office) with limited WFH. Candidates need to be located in the Nashville area and willing to go into an office location.

No relocation assistance is offered at this time

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as an effective cross-functional team member.
• Contribute individually on client projects.
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of the Solutions Engineer role within Scrum methodology.
• Self-initiate and organize tasks to achieve project goals.
• Follow directions to progress towards objectives.
• Write code in multiple languages and adapt between technical solutions.
• Complete Sprint Backlog items and understand the criteria for "Done."
• Actively participate in all Scrum events.

Must-Have Skills:

• 1-2 years of experience in Python, PowerShell, Bash, or a portfolio of recent projects.
• Proficiency in Git or similar version control systems.
• Experience with one cloud platform (Azure, AWS, GCP), including serverless functions or pipelines.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g., Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, Azure Resource Manager, Chef, Ansible, SaltStack, Vagrant).
• Familiarity with Scrum/Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of Langchain, Llama Index, TensorFlow, or other open LLM technologies.

Qualifications:

• A degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• A team player with a can-do attitude.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
