Solution Marketing And Communication Analyst

Location Requirements: This role is Hybrid to one of our offices: Austin, Wayne, or Naperville. Remote candidates will be considered, must work Eastern Time Zone hours.

Your role on the team:

Frontline Education is seeking a versatile and growth-minded Solution Marketing and Communications Analyst to play a pivotal role within our Marketing Department. This role focuses on specific components of product marketing while also dedicating a portion of time to Corporate Communications. The primary goals include supporting the Go-to-Market strategy for our portfolio of product suites including conducting research for the K-12 market landscape, messaging and strategy development, content creation, and contributing to broader marketing differentiation strategies. Additionally, this role encompasses various communication responsibilities that may include public relations, social media, and internal communications.

The Solution Marketing and Communications Analyst reports directly to the Manager of Solution Marketing in the Marketing Department.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Marketing Leadership:

• Collaborate closely with suite/solution leaders to understand and champion the unique features, benefits, and market positioning of their respective products.
• Contribute significantly to the development and execution of comprehensive GTM strategies for the assigned product suite on an annual and quarterly basis that drive product awareness, adoption, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional colleagues in Product and Sales and other departments to leverage market and product insights to inform marketing strategies.

Market Research and Competitive Intelligence:

• Serve as a dedicated researcher for the K-12 market landscape, providing valuable insights and competitive intelligence that informs Frontline's differentiation strategy.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to guide proactive marketing initiatives.
• Develop and share competitive intel and battlecards with cross-functional colleagues.

Communications:

• Public Relations: Support corporate messaging and press releases to ensure consistency and alignment with Frontline's brand identity. Cultivate positive relationships with media outlets and key industry influencers.
• Awards Strategy: Support the development and execution of the company's awards strategy by managing the nomination process and collaborating with cross-functional partners to gather and articulate compelling information for award submissions.
• Internal Communications: Support effective internal communication by crafting messages that resonate with employees and align with company goals. Collaborate with various departments to ensure cohesive communication strategies.
• Thought Leadership: Support the Frontline Research & Learning Institute with research, data and insights strategy to deliver thought leadership content that supports brand and reputational efforts as well as supporting the company’s top-of-funnel growth.

What you bring to the role:

• 4-6 years of combined experience in product Marketing and Communications, preferably in the K-12 education sector.
• Proven ability to conduct market research and competitive intelligence.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in public relations, social media management, and internal communications.
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing integrated Marketing and Communication plans.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or relevant work experience.
