Solution Architect

Genesis10 is seeking a Solution Architect for a hybrid remote 3+ month contract with our Fortune 5 client in Eden Prairie.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Digital Solution Architect to join our client's Digital Transformation practice. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in developing strategies for digital transformation and contribute to the creation of digital native applications. Responsibilities:

• Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as the Digital Solution subject matter expert on Azure and one other cloud platform, with experience in additional cloud platforms considered a plus.

• Digital Solution Blueprint: Develop a deep understanding of digital solutions and architect digital native properties such as patient portals, provider portals, and mobile applications.

• Cloud Native Development: Hands-on experience in cloud-native development using modern technology stacks such as Java, Angular, Node JS, and IoT.

• Data Platforms and Integration: Extensive experience with a wide variety of data platforms and integration platforms, including streaming services like Kafka.

• Healthcare Expertise: Heavy experience in the healthcare industry, with familiarity in healthcare data formats such as HL7, FHIR

• Client Interaction: Comfortable designing, preparing client-ready materials, and presenting to clients. Facilitate strategy and architecture discussions with clients and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 10+ years of overall digital solution experience, including developing new digital native applications or modernizing existing applications into cloud-native solutions.

• Cloud Full Stack Engineering: 5+ years of deep experience in cloud full-stack engineering for web and mobile applications, including Java, Angular, React JS, Node JS, Spring Boot, Microservices, Kafka, and others.

• Application Modernization: 5+ years of solid application modernization and digital transformation experience.

• Technology Familiarity: Familiarity with modern cloud-native technologies such as Kubernetes, NoSQL databases, and various relational databases.

• Web Development: Experience in developing single-page applications, micro-frontends, and cloud-based content management tools.

• Microservices Design: Experience with REST-based services and modern microservices-based design and implementation.

• Platform Familiarity: Familiarity and experience with platforms like AEM, Salesforce, Pega, Camunda

• AI/ML Integration: Experience in AI/ML integration of applications and production deployment.

• Security and Compliance: Broad understanding of cloud-based security solutions and familiarity with healthcare-specific regulatory specifications like HIPAA, PHI, and PII.

• Client-Facing Skills: Ability to prepare Points of View (POVs) and other client-facing assets.

Compensation:
Hourly W2 pay rate $70.00-$83.00
We have access to additional contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire positions with various rate ranges.
