RKCS is a prime government contractor providing IT Services to various state, local and federal agencies since 1998.
For one of these agencies, RKCS requires a .Net/Azure Solution Architect to work on several modernization initiatives to provide technical architecture, design and development of web applications using C# and ASP.NET Core in an Agile environment.
Our ideal candidate is a Microsoft full stack Solution Architect with expertise in:
Azure App Services, Serverless Application Architecture, Microservices, C#/Asp.net core and SQL Server.
Responsibilities:
· Develop Technical architecture
· Execute all visual design stages from concept to end
· Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas
· Develop web site maps, application models, image templates, or page templates that meet project goals, user needs, or industry standards
· Provide clear, detailed descriptions of web site specifications such as product features, activities, software, communication protocols, programming languages, and operating systems software and hardware
· Use Azure App Services as the primary infrastructure for software development.
· Follow Agile development methodology.

Basic Qualifications:
- 4 to 6 years of Microsoft Platform focused Solution Architecture
- 10 to 15 years as a developer/programmer with C#/Asp.net Core
- 10+ years of Web User Interface Design (UI)/User Experience (UX) expertise with designing web portals and applying understanding of accessibility guidelines, cross-browser compatibility, general web functions, and web standards.
· 10+ years of experience with Web Applications and programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, bootstrap, JQuery and API's
- 4+ years of expert level skills with cloud development in Azure
- Expertise with web application security integration (e.g. Single Sign-On)
