Solar Specialist

```Duties:```
- Conduct door-to-door sales to promote and sell solar energy products and services
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
- Utilize technical knowledge to explain the benefits and features of solar energy systems
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to identify potential sales opportunities

```Qualifications:```
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in a technical or renewable energy field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable
- Leadership skills to motivate and guide a team of sales representatives
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Technical knowledge of solar energy systems is a plus, but not required
