**Positions for All Levels**: Solar AI is actively seeking local/in-home Solar Sales reps and leaders, as well as virtual representatives. No experience is required – we welcome both seasoned professionals and those new to the industry. Some of our top performers have been the right person who was just in the wrong vehicle. We pay our new people the same as our pros as it is fairly easy to do well right away. A full top to bottom training is provided.

**Responsibilities and Benefits:**
- Educate customers on the benefits of solar and related products.
- Qualified appointments booked directly to reps.
- High commissions, FT reps can easily earn 6 figures, champions much more.
- Clean / fast installs / best equipment and warranties in the industry.
- Guaranteed pay - paid directly from the finance company. Clean / fast commissions.

**Qualifications:**
- Must have a valid license and access to a car.
- Authorized to work in the US and be 18 years old or older.
- Positive attitude, a passion for success, and a teachable spirit.
- Ability to work a minimum of 30 hours a week.
- Effective communication skills (we can sharpen them with training).
- High energy, integrity, and internal motivation.
