$155,000 - $175,000 yearly

• Maintain up-to-date information on our services and products, industry, competition, and market conditions in order to present them to clients and ensure customer needs are met
• Keep company abreast of new business development opportunities, account status, potential customers, customer needs, and competitive issues using CRM
• Speak to potential customers to introduce our services or new products
• Go to in-person or online trainings, meetings, trade shows, and sales events
• Implement and carry out strategies to acquire new clients in your sales territory

• Listen to prospects, identify and understand client needs, and provide bids that reflect solutions based on value-selling strategies.
• Develop and execute sales plans and strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Close sales and follow up to ensure client satisfaction.
• Maintain a positive and professional manner at all times.

• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Experience using a CRM is preferred
• Must have excellent communication, negotiation, customer service, and interpersonal skills

• A proven track record in Solar Sales of 4-54 deals a month.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Help foster positive relationships to promote brand awareness in the community.
• Self-driven, money-motivated individual who handles themselves with integrity.
• A positive attitude and ability to overcome objections.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Have a sense of business ethics.
