Compensation:$155,000 - $175,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Maintain up-to-date information on our services and products, industry, competition, and market conditions in order to present them to clients and ensure customer needs are met
- Keep company abreast of new business development opportunities, account status, potential customers, customer needs, and competitive issues using CRM
- Speak to potential customers to introduce our services or new products
- Go to in-person or online trainings, meetings, trade shows, and sales events
- Implement and carry out strategies to acquire new clients in your sales territory
- Listen to prospects, identify and understand client needs, and provide bids that reflect solutions based on value-selling strategies.
- Develop and execute sales plans and strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Close sales and follow up to ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain a positive and professional manner at all times.
- Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Experience using a CRM is preferred
- Must have excellent communication, negotiation, customer service, and interpersonal skills
- A proven track record in Solar Sales of 4-54 deals a month.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Help foster positive relationships to promote brand awareness in the community.
- Self-driven, money-motivated individual who handles themselves with integrity.
- A positive attitude and ability to overcome objections.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Have a sense of business ethics.
