**Position Overview:**

As a Solar Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, educating homeowners about the benefits of solar energy, and closing sales to drive revenue growth. This is a direct to home position that offers the flexibility to select your target area and the autonomy to manage your schedule effectively. With comprehensive training and access to cutting-edge tools and resources, you will have everything you need to succeed in this role.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Prospect and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.

- Conduct in-depth consultations with homeowners to assess their energy needs and recommend customized solar solutions.

- Present compelling sales proposals and overcome objections to close deals and achieve sales targets.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project implementation and customer satisfaction.

- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and product innovations to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.

**Qualifications:**

- Previous sales experience is preferred

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Self-motivated with a passion for renewable energy and sustainability.

- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,571.90 - $785,118.85 per year
