Recruiters are responsible for partnering with hiring managers, implementing recruitment strategy, and developing job descriptions and requirements. This driven Talent Acquisition professional will post job advertisements and actively screen potential candidates that would be a good fit.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Job development:
- Partner with managers to discuss staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Perform job analysis and task analysis to create accurate job requirements.
- Post jobs to a variety of online job boards
Candidate management:
- Source new candidates from online job board sites
- Review resumes received and analyze them
- Engage with applicants and build rapport for a positive pre-employment experience.
- Assess applicants for relevant knowledge, experience, training, skills, aptitudes, and soft skills.
- Provide meaningful feedback to hiring managers and recommend next steps.
