Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential customers through inbound leads, providing them with detailed information about our solar products and services.
- Conduct virtual consultations to understand customer needs and propose customized solar solutions.
- Maintain a minimum close ratio of 10%, ensuring effective conversion of leads into sales.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the solar industry to provide accurate and relevant advice to customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve collective and individual sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
Requirements:
- An interest in renewable energy and a commitment to promoting sustainable practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers effectively in a remote setting.
- Basic technical knowledge of solar systems and products (training will be provided).
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Access to a reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup for remote work.
