Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team. This position offers the flexibility to work either part-time or full-time, based on your schedule and preferences. Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential customers through inbound leads, providing them with detailed information about our solar products and services.
• Conduct virtual consultations to understand customer needs and propose customized solar solutions.
• Maintain a minimum close ratio of 10%, ensuring effective conversion of leads into sales.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the solar industry to provide accurate and relevant advice to customers.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve collective and individual sales targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

Requirements:

• An interest in renewable energy and a commitment to promoting sustainable practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers effectively in a remote setting.
• Basic technical knowledge of solar systems and products (training will be provided).
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Access to a reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup for remote work.

Selection Process:

• Candidates must successfully pass an initial interview focusing on their sales acumen, motivation, and understanding of the solar industry.
• Selected candidates will undergo a comprehensive training program to equip them with the necessary skills and knowledge for the role.
• Post-training, candidates will be evaluated to ensure they meet the requirements of the position.
