Software Trainer

Join our team during a period of exponential growth as a Software Trainer responsible for delivering training services to Automotive Dealers nationwide. In this role, you will provide industry-leading training to external clients, empowering them with a thorough understanding of our A2Z software functionality.A2Z Sync is a centralized platform designed to reduce costs for clients, eliminate the need for disparate tools to facilitate a vehicle transaction, and provide cutting-edge technology advancements. This allows dealers to gain market share by delivering an unparalleled customer experience.

Overview

The Software Trainer plays a critical role within the launch team, responsible for delivering training services to external clients and internal stakeholders. A2Z offers a variety of training methods, including video conferencing, on-site training, webinars, and learning management system content, to ensure convenience and effectiveness for our clients. This position requires up to 90% travel.

Responsibilities

• Deliver remote and onsite training services to new and existing clients.
• Provide training to internal stakeholders, sales team members and other customer facing dealership employees.
• Continuously develop instructional delivery and presentation skills
• Assess client progress and readiness for independent operation.
• Coordinate and complete administrative functions necessary for training programs
• Provide timely updates to sales, implementation, and client support teams.
• Uphold A2Z’s core values and exceed client expectations.
• Demonstrate proficient understanding of A2Z’s software solutions and educate clients accordingly.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced, team-based, customer service-oriented environment
• Communicate professionally and effectively, focusing on adult learning methodologies.
• Exercise good judgment, discretion, and tact while working with clients.
• Influence clients to adopt A2Z’s approaches to fulfill functional requirements.
• Maintain a courteous, professional, and confident demeanor throughout the training process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• Prior experience working at an automotive software vendor company.
• Prior experience in software training or related fields
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient understanding of software capabilities and best practice
• Must be coachable, curious by nature, and adaptable to change management needs.
