At Acom, our Software Systems Administrator is responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining software applications used by the organization. The SSA must be able to collaborate with other IT team members to ensure system and data integrity, and work with vendors to resolve software-related issues.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain software applications used by the organization
- Ensure software applications are up-to-date and properly patched
- Monitor software performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Perform routine backups and disaster recovery procedures
- Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure system and data integrity
- Develop and maintain documentation for software applications and processes
- Provide technical support to end-users for software-related issues
- Work with vendors to resolve software-related issues
- Identify and implement new software solutions as needed
- Manage databases and work with SQL to analyze data as needed
- Maintain and support business management tools such as CRMs and BMTs
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in systems administration with a focus on software
- Strong knowledge of software installation, configuration, and maintenance
- Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMWare and Hyper-V
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows Server operating systems and Active Directory
- Familiarity with SQL or other databases
- · Experience with business management tools such as CRMs and BMTs
Physical Requirements:

- Must be able to type for prolonged periods of time
