What You'll Do:
Here on the Enterprise CRM Platform team, we are at the intersection of many strategic and digital initiatives, with a focus on data, that impact the enterprise! As a Software Engineer, you will work closely with Salesforce and other integrated systems as well as be provided unique opportunities to solve key business problems impacting our customers.
We are looking for a technology professional with experience and interest in cloud technologies and an engineering mindset who can help build upon our core CRM platform who also has a passion for data. You will need to be committed to learning and growing to meet the ever-changing needs of our customers.
You will help enable the foundational aspects of our Salesforce ecosystem and help support enterprise Salesforce initiatives. This team is growing, and we are looking for talent to help shape the team and provide impact at an enterprise level.
- Collaborating with your team and business stakeholders to determine how to make our software even better.
- Capturing business requirements to complete technical designs.
- Solving exciting and complex problems to build a positive customer experience.
- Working with enterprise data to enable our customer, distribution partner, and employee experience.
- Demonstrate ownership, advocate for efficient operations/processes, standard methodologies, and a healthy platform foundation within a multi-tenant org.
- Experimenting with new tools and practices to deliver business value in an Agile organization.
- Finding ways to use our data to improve decision making.
- Continuously improving both yourself and the systems you are working on.
- Understand and continue driving our journey to a cloud-first technology community.
- Working closely with team members to share ideas/knowledge, perform code reviews, provide feedback, solve problems, and perform testing.
Who You Are:
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree with a preference in a science, technology, engineering, or math related field or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of Software Engineering experience (we use Apex and Java)
- 2+ years of Salesforce experience
- Experience working with data models and building database queries.
- Experience with DevOps practices such as CI/CD pipelines, TDD, etc.
- Desire to learn new technology and continuously grow
- Ability to work on multi-functional teams and collaborate with both IT and non-IT partners
- Ability to solve complex problems
- Salesforce Developer (Apex)
- Salesforce Administrator
- Familiarity with Agile methodology, Atlassian products (Confluence, JIRA…), and delivery through proven practices
- Experience working in a shared Salesforce environment

Salary Range Information: Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salary Range: $63750 - $121200 / year Time Off Program: Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don’t accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided. Additional Information:
This role offers in-office, hybrid (blending at least three office days in a typical workweek), and remote work arrangements (only if residing more than 30 miles from Des Moines, IA, or Charlotte, NC). You’ll work with your leader to figure out which option may align best based on several factors.
