We're looking for a Software Engineer to join our Enterprise Business Solutions team. In this role, you'll work in an Agile environment providing enterprise technology solutions to support our Global Risk teams which include Governance, Risk, and Compliance along with helping to improve employee and user experience.
You'll have the opportunity to
- Support new and existing applications with a focus on implementing and supporting SaaS vendor integrations.
- Conduct analysis, elicit requirements, follow security policies and standards, and capture clear documentation.
- Participate in the technical design of features.
- Own small to medium features from technical design through completion.
- Collaborate daily with business partners and cross-discipline IT team members.
- Take on tasks of increasing complexity, learn quickly and make steady progress with the ability to work independently.
- Stay ahead of and engaged on industry trends; innovate and experiment with different ideas and technologies.

Who You Are
- Associate's or bachelor's degree, preference in a computer science, technology, engineering or math-related field or equivalent experience
- Software engineering experience in modern technologies through either classroom, internship, or other hands-on experience
- Strong motivation for continuous learning, mentoring, problem solving, analytical thinking, and helping others grow along with you
- Passion for working in a highly collaborative environment to solve problems and deliver customer value

Salary Range Information
Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly)
$60000 - $101000 / year
Time Off Program
Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don't accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided.
