The Watson Orders Development Management team is looking for Senior Technical Program Manager to help plan, coordinate, and drive deployment and support of activities across multiple WatsonX Orders teams. The Development Management team is an integral part of the delivery of the Watson Orders product in charge to develop and supportan AI-driven agent that automated the drive thru ordering experience for one of the World's most recognized restaurant brands. In this role, the Senior Technical Program Manager would work with technical leads to review performance metrics, coordinate main issue resolution and set sprint-level priorities as well as derive quarterly development goals/plans. This role would also help drive the coordination between new development initiatives, deployment and support of the solution. You will work across multiple teams and will collaborate closely with Release management, Infrastructure and platform teams to support an extensive roll out plan.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
• 4+ years experience in Technical Program/project management in a Software Development setting
• Previous experience as Python developer or technical support to an AI solution deployed over a large scale is highly appreciated.
• Ability to drive sprint-level prioritization.
• Previous experience in large scale product deployment
• Ability to coordinate strategic projects across multiple development teams.
• Curious, task-oriented, and a self-starter, with a proven track record of "getting things done"
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
• Experience in data-driven product development
• Experience in managing AI/ML Software Development projects/programs
• Experience in managing support for large solution.
• Experience in managing service-based development projects/programs

The compensation range and benefits for this position are based on a full-time schedule for a full calendar year. The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
