ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Understand Service Oriented Architecture concepts, OOPS and Functional programming and event driven architecture.
- Understand and practice agile Software Development methodologies.
- Collaborate / pair program with senior engineers – Development/QA/Release Engg/Support Engg/ DevOps
- Technical QA documentation of artifacts, requirements, design, defects, status, summary
- Document master test plan, test cases, test scenarios and test results to drive quality engineering.
- Triage and trouble shoot development and production issues/incidents.
- Develop and maintain unit test, functional test automation codebases.
- Develop test plan and test cases for web applications and APIs.
- Develop and deploy automation tests.
- Manual and Automated Test execution and reporting
- Defect lifecycle management.
- Automated test execution in CI/CD pipelines
