Responsibilities:
-Assertive Community Treatment Program at Bellevue Hospital Center is looking for licensed Social Worker with one year of mental health experience.
Provide psychotherapeutic, evidence based, home, community and office visits
Experience providing case management
Participating in an on call phone rotation
Very supportive multidisciplinary team environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $74,790.00 per year
