- Provide Social Services assistance to individuals and families in need
- Conduct assessments to determine needs and develop appropriate plans
- Provide counseling and support to residents
- Manage crisis situations and provide immediate intervention when necessary
- Supervise and monitor resident progress and compliance with program requirements
Skills:
- Strong background in social work or related field
- Proficient in supervising and mentoring individuals
