Social Media Specialist

Overview:
We are a nationwide marketing agency and manage many accounts across different business types. We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Specialist to join our team. As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for managing multiple business accounts, implementing various Social Media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and engage with target audiences.

Responsibilities:
- Create engaging content for various Social Media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Tik-Tok, Twitter, Google My Business, and LinkedIn
- Monitor Social Media channels for trends, insights, and opportunities
- Manage Social Media campaigns and track their performance using analytics tools
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create cohesive branding across all platforms
- Conduct research on industry trends and competitors to stay up-to-date with best practices
- Utilize web and Social Media analytics to optimize content and improve engagement
- Capture high-quality photographs for use in Social Media posts
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers, partners, and customers
- Stay informed about emerging Social Media trends and platforms

Experience:
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of various Social Media platforms and their respective audiences
- Experience with Social Media management tools for scheduling posts
- Familiarity with content creation strategies
- Strong research skills to gather relevant industry information
- Basic photography / video editing skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Relationship management skills to engage with followers, influencers, and customers effectively
- Understanding of e-commerce principles and how they apply to Social Media marketing
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Canva, or other graphic editing software is a plus
