Job Description:
Cucamonga Media is seeking a creative Social Media Specialist to join our team. As a Social Media Specialist, you will be instrumental in building strategies, refining content in various formats, and contributing to the growth of our clients' marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management: Foster and sustain robust client connections by being a responsive and empathetic point of contact. Prioritize and comprehend client needs, offering consistent updates and status reports. Identify and address scope creep, implementing strategies to minimize its impact.
Strategic Planning: Formulate, execute, and oversee Social Media strategies in harmony with client objectives. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to pinpoint opportunities for growth and enhancement.
Content Creation: Bring your strategy to life through video creation, graphic design and content sourcing. Produce and edit high-quality visual content, including photos and videos, digital and print materials, and communication strategies, that align with client goals. Ensure that all content adheres to Cucamonga Media and client creative standards and guidelines.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to implement fresh ideas.
Performance Analysis: Develop and analyze the performance of Social Media campaigns, establishing a process to provide insights and recommendations to clients. Utilize data-driven insights to continuously optimize strategies. Generate comprehensive reports for clients, showcasing key performance metrics that highlight the effectiveness of our strategies.
Influencer and UGC Creator Sourcing: Identify creators that align with the client’s brand, goals, and budget to enhance the overall strategy.
Qualifications:
Proven experience building Social Media strategies and implementing them on the following platforms: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Youtube, and Pinterest.
Experience with the following tools: Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Notion, Airtable,
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
Knowledge of marketing metrics and the ability to analyze data to improve content performance.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects.
Strong attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
A portfolio showcasing previous content creation work.
