We are looking for a Social Media & Reputation Manager to join our Marketing team.
As a Social Media & Reputation Manager, you will maintain a positive online presence, engage with our audience across various Social Media platforms and manage the company’s reputation effectively.
REQUIREMENTS:
3-4 years of experience as a Social Media & Reputation Manager or similar role
Strong understanding of Social Media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook), algorithms and best practices
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with Social Media analytics tools
Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
As a Social Media & Reputation Manager, you will:
Develop and implement Social Media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement and followership that aligns with overall marketing strategies
Create and post compelling content for Social Media platforms, ensuring consistency with brand voice and values
Develop and manage Social Media content calendar and roadmap
Monitor, respond, and engage with audience comments, messages, and reviews on Social Media channels
Proactively manage the company's online reputation by monitoring and responding to online customer reviews
Collaborate cross-functionally to elevate customer reviews by working closely with relevant teams to address and escalate feedback effectively
Stay updated on industry trends and platform changes to optimize Social Media presence
Attendance in the New York office is requested 50% of the time.

The base pay for this position is targeted at $80,000 per year.
