Social Media Representative

Required Qualifications
● 1-3+ yrs experience in marketing environment
● Excellent oral and written communication skills
● Knowledge and Proficiency of Social Media Networks
● Dependable, Reliable, Consistent, Honest
● Excellent technical understanding and can pick up new tools quickly
● Able to effectively work on multiple projects both with and without a team
● Ability to operate in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment
● Ability to set priorities with regard to multiple projects and requests
● A strong and creative eye for aesthetics and details that inspire and attract a target audience
● Sharp attention to detail
● Highly organized
● Works with a sense of urgency with projects and deadlines

Goals/Responsibilities:
● Assist in creating performance reports
● Adhere to monthly editorial calendars to promote agency clients and VAZZO on various platforms
● Crisis Preparedness: Ability to identify and address any issues/crisis that may potentially occur within the Social Media realm
● Support and assist VAZZO team with various decorating projects, events, as needed
● Support and assist with VAZZO Promotional Products projects and VAZZO Venue as needed Measures:
● Productivity (efficiency & timeliness of tasks/projects)
● Reliability / Consistency (on-time and follows schedule consistently)

Focus Area Social Media Communications to Include:
● Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instragram, TikTok, YouTube
● Making Connections with Comments and Shares
● Drive Page Likes
● Mentions Engagement
● Reputation Management Reviews
● Notification Communications
● Inbox Responses

Additional Details
Part-time 20 hours per week, Monday - Friday
8:30am-12:30pm
Future Full Time options
Positive environment with awesome atmosphere.
Marketing, Public Relations, and Creative Writing Focus Preferred
Automotive Industry knowledge a plus.

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
