As a member of our software development team, you'll play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining the technology that underpins our digital marketing strategies. This team is focused on creating sophisticated tools and dashboards that harness the power of AI and data analytics to offer unparalleled insights and solutions in digital marketing. You'll be at the heart of innovation, working on projects that transform large data sets into actionable marketing intelligence, and building systems that enable real-time decision-making and strategy optimization. Your work will directly contribute to the success of our clients, shaping the future of digital marketing by leveraging technology to drive effective and measurable results.
Responsibilities…
Develop and Maintain Software: Write clean, efficient code for various digital marketing tools and platforms. Maintain and improve the functionality of existing software.
Collaborate on AI Projects: Work closely with the data science team to integrate machine learning models and generative AI technologies into our marketing solutions.
Participate in Design and Architecture: Contribute to the planning phase of projects, offering insights on software design and architecture best practices.
In addition to… cross-team collaboration, quality assurance and testing, engaging in user-experience studies, writing detailed documentation, and taking full ownership of what it takes to get your code into the hands of users.

If you were hoping for a perfectly tidy codebase with zero tech-debt, please look elsewhere. There are corners of our system that could humble even the most veteran of developers, so teamwork and trust are crucial.
Prior experience with digital marketing platforms, such as Google Ads or Facebook Marketing preferred.
Exposure to or interest in machine learning and generative AI technologies preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Proficiency in either TypeScript or Python, but ideally both.
Strong experience with databases and SQL.
Knowledge of web development frameworks and APIs.
Demonstrable experience in creating robust, scalable software.
Understanding of agile methodologies and project management.
