Key Responsibilities:
Content Assistance:
- Assist in the creation and scheduling of engaging content across various Social Media platforms.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure content aligns with brand messaging and objectives.
Community Engagement:
- Monitor and engage with our online community, responding to comments and messages.
- Identify opportunities to increase engagement and foster positive interactions.
Administrative Support:
- Provide assistance in basic administrative tasks such as document scanning, invoicing, and budget tracking.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain organized files and records.
Learning and Development:
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging Social Media platforms.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills in Social Media Marketing.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Basic understanding of Social Media platforms and their functionalities.
