Title: Employer Branding Specialist

Job DescriptionESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSEmployer Branding
- Ensures all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of quality and tone of voice, and optimized for search and user experience for all channels including collateral, online, Social Media, email, and events/webinars, always being an arbiter of best practices in grammar, messaging, writing, and style.
- Collaborates with Attorney Recruiting leadership team and external vendors ( e.g., Flo Recruit, Forage, LinkedIn, NALP, Vault) to raise brand awareness, increase website and Social Media traffic, and drive qualified leads.
- Drives Social Media ( e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Client+ blog) content to further department goals and provide thought leadership materials to nurture target audiences.
- Shares brand internally via Client Connect’s Attorney Talent headlines to support attorney morale and engagement and ensure the Client community stays up to date on Attorney Recruiting, Attorney Learning & Development, and Strategic Growth activities.
- Maintains industry contacts to keep informed on leading industry trends, while monitoring the overall landscape for reputational risk for the firm and its clients.
- Monitors competitive intelligence in the Legal Talent market utilizing industry publications ( e.g., Law.com, Bloomberg Law, Law360) and Research Services team.
