How you’ll have an impact at Paula’s Choice
The Temporary Paid Social Media Manager is responsible for the day-to-day planning, management, performance analysis, and reporting for paid social and top-of-funnel digital marketing campaigns.
As a Temporary Paid Social Media Manager, a typical day might include a mix of the following:
Campaign set-up and management: audience development, creative testing, bid and budget management
Utilize Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, and other awareness channels to drive brand awareness and DTC sales for new and existing customers
Use Google Analytics and collaborate with our in-house data team to develop insights to drive improvements to top line revenue and new customer sales
Ongoing use of reporting, analytics, and trend tools for weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting
Collaborate with organic Social Media team to plan and execute effective creative activations
Assist in expansion to additional Social Media advertising platforms (Reddit, etc.)
Assist the Acquisition manager with driving top-of-funnel media buys (e.g. CTV, streaming audio)
Partner with our in-house influencer team to collaborate on boosted influencer activations
The Details:
Location: Fully remote, US based
Hours: Flexible, may be required to work PST hours when needed
Physical requirements: Ability to handle both long periods of sitting and long periods of screen time
Travel requirements: Up to 10% at the most
What you’ll bring to the table:
BA/BS Degree required
2+ Years of Experience in Facebook/Instagram Ads Required
Bonus: Experience in TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, Twitter Ads, Reddit Ads, Google Ads, The Trade Desk
Comprehensive understanding of paid Social Media ad auctions, general advertising ecosystems, best practices, bid and optimization strategies, and campaign objectives
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Proven track record in managing successful paid social campaigns, ideally with a revenue/CPA goal
Proven analytical skills of key digital campaign performance metrics
Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to successfully meet deadlines in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
Approximate Salary Range Based on Experience and Location:
$42.00- $46.00 USD/hourly
