Senior Social Media Manager

```Job Summary:```
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Social Media Manager to join our team. As the Senior Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing Social Media strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. You will play a key role in developing and implementing Social Media campaigns across various platforms. Paid Social Media advertising and experience in the medically regulated space is a plus.

```Duties:```
- Develop and implement Social Media strategies to achieve business objectives
- Create engaging and compelling content for Social Media platforms
- Manage and monitor Social Media accounts, including scheduling posts and responding to comments and messages
- Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with industry trends to inform Social Media strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels
- Analyze Social Media metrics and generate reports on campaign performance
- Stay informed about emerging Social Media platforms and tools, and recommend innovative approaches to reach target audiences
- Collaborate with influencers, partners, and stakeholders to maximize brand exposure

- Proven experience in managing Social Media platforms and executing successful campaigns
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing principles and best practices
- Proficient in using Social Media management tools such as Sprout Social and Hootsuite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to create engaging content that aligns with brand voice and values
- Strong analytical skills to track campaign performance and make data-driven decisions
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or other graphic design software for creating visual content
- Knowledge of public relations principles for managing brand reputation
- Experience in conducting market research to inform Social Media strategies
- Understanding of advertising principles for optimizing paid Social Media campaigns
