Mast-Jagermeister US is seeking a Social Media Manager to support the Brand Marketing/Digital Team in White Plains, NY. The Social Media Manager is responsible for driving brand reach and advocacy on social platforms through strategy & content planning, paid and organic media, and community management. This role will manage consumer engagement on all Jagermeister Social Media platforms including (in priority order) Influencer Campaigns/Affiliate Marketing, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Snapchat, YouTube, and SEM.
The ideal candidate would have experience supporting Paid & Organic Social Media efforts, both strategic and execution, for a nationally recognized brand and has hands-on experience handling community management and engagement. Must have experience working with cross-functional teams on content creation and sourcing, and a lead role in scheduling and publishing paid and organic content. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of Media Planning, Buying and optimizing campaigns based on learnings derived through testing and analysis. Experience working in a small creative team, managing expectations of many stakeholders and juggling multiple projects and deadlines is a must. Breakdown of Day-To-Day: Support development and execution of Social Media campaigns. This includes the following activities:
- Social media strategy
- Social media content development (paid & organic)
- Paid media publishing & optimization
- Community management and engagement
- Social analytics and reporting
- Responsible for scheduling and deploying content for all Social Media channels including Influencer Campaigns/Affiliate Marketing, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Snapchat, YouTube and SEM.
Community Management and Engagement
- Full ownership of community management and engagement with users, answering questions and engaging in discussions on daily basis - both on brand owned channels and also engaging with other brands.
- Requires light work outside of business hours to maintain communication and voice of the brand when needed
Social Content Management, Scheduling and Publishing
- Ability to understand Jagermeister's unique brand identity, voice and tone and apply it in within all Social Media communications
- Identify new Social Media platform(s) as they emerge and develop a POV/recommendation for launch
- Monitor Social Media news, updates, trends, tools, and applications and recommend actions/next steps
Media Strategy, Planning, Buying and Optimization
- Providing a paid media recommendation (budget recommendations based on CPM/CPA, flighting, platform reco).
- Manage paid Social Media campaigns from start to finish including building, A/B testing, maintaining and reporting on campaigns across all platforms.
- Full ownership of Snapchat geo-filter campaigns including managing requests, build-outs, reporting and invoicing. Full ownership of Meta Ads manager platform to publish campaigns, reporting and invoicing. Likewise with paid search.
- Identify influencers and brand advocates within platforms and suggest opportunities for rewarding advocacy and growing evangelism
Measurement, Analysis, Reporting & Financial Tracking
- Utilize Social Media management platform to streamline efforts and report on community management on a monthly basis to VP of Marketing. Quarterly report to Senior Leadership
- Full ownership of analytics and brand and competitive reporting to the social team for content optimization and insights, as well as the broader marketing team on a regular cadence
- Analyze, review and report on effectiveness of Social Media tactics and campaigns with social listening and reporting tools
- Maintain Tracker documents for budget, development in yearly KPIs, media performance, campaign and post level performance
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
- 4-6 years relevant experience in paid & organic Social Media on behalf of a B2C brand with proven success
- Deep knowledge of & mastery of social platforms Campaigns/Affiliate Marketing, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Snapchat, YouTube and SEM
- Strong understanding of web and social analytics, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Strong Social Media writing skills and communication skills
- Team Player who collaborates well with others

- Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment & pivot easily when needed
- Unrivaled attention to detail
- A finger on the pulse of social media and digital trends and proactively shares with a thoughtful POV
- Alc. Bev experience strongly recommended and Agency experience a plus
- Intermediate knowledge in platforms such as Sprinklr, Sideqik, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads. Salesforce a plus.
