Social Media Manager

The Richard Harris Law Firm is Nevada’s largest and one of the most respected plaintiff personal injury practices in the country. We are currently looking to add an experienced Social Media Manager to our exceptional team in our Las Vegasoffice.

Our ideal team member must love working as a hands-on individual contributor who thrives in a results driven environment. This is a full-time position that requires a deep understanding of managing a large brand on Social Media. You will create and manage the day-to-day Social Media strategies that are required to successfully build our brands on various Social Media channels.

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record that demonstrates a deep knowledge about creating successful content on Social Media (and open to discussing those in detail during interview).

We are looking for an individual who is outgoing, focused, able to manage a high volume and time sensitive workflow effectively and efficiently. Strong people skills are necessary. The position requires one to work both independently and within a team environment. This is a position for someone who is looking for a long-term commitment with opportunities to grow.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

· None.

Duties/Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with other team members including legal, leadership, and agency teams to achieve top results

· Create and post compelling content to grow followers and engagement across FB, Instagram, You Tube, Tik Tok

· Plan and own content calendars with copy, creative, CTA, etc.

· Prepare reports on a monthly basis to evaluate organic content reach, posts, engagement, overall growth, etc.

· Help prepare reports on a monthly basis to evaluate paid results like total spend, cost per lead, CPM, and cost per acquisition

· Familiar with concepts like "soap opera" content and knowing when to use it

· Engage with followers, respond to messages, and build relationships with the online community

· Helping with paid lead gen campaigns on Social Media and ensuring they are successful

· Keep up with industry trends and offer new ideas when possible

· Performs other duties as required.

Required Skills/Abilities:

· Complete fluency in the digital and social atmosphere

· Must have a Passion for Social Media

· Have the ability to learn independently by using Google, doing research on YouTube, etc.

· Positive attitude with an outgoing personality

· Willing to learn how to run paid lead campaigns on Social Media on FB, YouTube, IG, Tik Tok

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Able to work independently, as well as collaborate with other team members

· Ability to learn new skills quickly and work well under pressure

· Keeping our brands consistent across all our Social Media platforms

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

Education and Experience:

· 2 + years of growing Social Media accounts organically

Physical Requirements:

· Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

· Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
