Qualifications:
Prior experience with organic posting on Meta and TikTok
Prior experience managing paid Social Media campaigns
Must be detail-oriented
Must have excellent communication and writing skills
Customer Service
Self-managing
Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, Communications or equivalent work experience
Strong familiarity with the business applications of Social Media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
Knowledge of project management and web design best practices
Understanding of Social Media metrics; able to interpret the results and take action to increase effectiveness of Social Media campaigns.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Up to 50% local travel required
Access to reliable transportation required to meet schedule and unforeseen business needs
Ability to stand and sit for long periods of time
Las Vegas, NV: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Responsibilities:
This person will be the liaison between the marketing team at our corporate headquarters and the on-site management teams.
They will work creatively to improve engagement, increase followers, and create business leads.
Black Star Hospitality views each of its restaurants, entities and sister properties as customers, so this person must have excellent customer service skills to be a successful liaison for our entities.
This is a 24/7 role that requires evening and weekend attendance at events, as well as emergency support.
Build and execute Social Media strategy through research, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification.
Generate, edit, publish, and share content daily (original text, images, video, and HTML)
Establishing relationships/networks of industry professionals or influencers on Social Media.
Managing paid Social Media campaigns across multiple platforms.
Build meaningful connections and encourage community members through dialog and messaging to enhance User Generated Content (UGC).
Collaborating with designers to provide attractive and informative campaigns.
Tracking the performance of the organic and paid campaigns
Keeping up with the latest technologies used in Social Media.
Assist with crisis management, bad reviews, and negative news communications
Track and analyze analytics reports to gain insight on traffic, demographics, and effectiveness; utilize this information to positively affect future outcomes.
Collaborate with other departments to manage company reputation, coordinate promotions, and increase reach.
Work with Director of Marketing to ensure strategies are aligned.
Identify new and upcoming social/digital platforms.
Actively create Social Media calendars for each property that follow corporate best practices.
Attend events and functions after typical business hours to provide Social Media support, including livestreaming and digital photography.
Other duties as assigned

Benefits:
Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
