You will join our team in partnership with New York State of Health (NYSoH) to provide comprehensive health coverage to more than 7.3 million New Yorkers through its Health Benefit Exchange (HBE). HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT You’ll join our Resource Management (RM) Team performing a wide variety of complex administrative and analytical tasks to support the Program Management Office. You’ll maintain an accurate view of workforce across FTEs, Contractors, and Leveraged resources. You’ll administer staff life cycle processes. You’ll support program staffing and immigration processing.
You’ll process staff queries. You’ll contribute to the continuous improvement of the Program’s RM processes and tools WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Leadership, Human Resources, or related discipline, or equivalent Required Experience: Five (5) years of relevant PMO or HR support experience Three (3) years proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially MS Excel Two (2) years of Talent Acquisition experience with a demonstrated understanding of the recruiting lifecycle. Two (2) years working in an interrupt driven environment One (1) year of Information Technology environment experience Immigration experience is a plus.
