Summary
We're looking for a creative and Social Media-savvy individual to join our dynamic marketing team. In this hybrid role, you'll be responsible for developing and executing engaging Social Media campaigns while also designing visually appealing marketing materials. You'll play a vital role in enhancing our brand image, increasing our online presence, and driving customer engagement.
Social Media Management
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Social Media strategy across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Create and schedule engaging, on-brand Social Media content including text, images, videos, and stories.
- Monitor Social Media channels, actively engage with followers, and respond to comments and inquiries promptly.
- Analyze Social Media metrics to track campaign performance, identify trends, and suggest areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Social Media trends, tools, and best practices.
Creative Design
- Design eye-catching Social Media graphics, ads, and other visual content that aligns with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing materials such as email campaigns, flyers, brochures, and website graphics.
- Assist with the conceptualization and execution of various creative projects.
- Proofread and edit creative assets to ensure quality and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in Social Media management or a similar role.
- Proven experience in graphic design using tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of Social Media analytics and performance metrics.
- Creative problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Desired Skills
- Experience with video editing software is a plus.
