Partnership for Extraordinary Minds (or xMinds for short) is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization based in Montgomery County, MD. We are a collaborative partnership of parents, educators, and service providers working together to improve the educational experience and outcomes for autistic students in Pre-K–12 education in Montgomery County, MD.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a monthly Social Media editorial calendar, working in close collaboration with the executive director.
- Craft Social Media posts that support xMinds' mission of "improving education for autistic students in Montgomery County, MD."
- Develop posts promoting xMinds’ events and resources, as well as posts sharing information and news relevant to the families of autistic students in Montgomery County, MD. Collaborate as needed with the xMinds executive director and board.
- Track images needed to accompany posts. Solicit images as needed.
- Develop images and infographics to accompany posts, using Canva.
- Manage the process of posting and scheduling posts on the xMinds Social Media channels.
- Monitor xMinds Social Media channels for activity and engagement. Respond promptly to requests and comments made through the Social Media channels.
- Track analytics and engagement on Social Media, using the data to inform Social Media decisions.
- Manage Social Media advertising. (“Boosting” posts on Facebook.)

Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
