About the Role
As the Social Media Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and assisting our social team in Social Media content across various Social Media platforms and hosting community livestreams in our devoted customers.
Responsibilities:
1. Strategy Development:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive influencer marketing strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
- Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly assess the effectiveness of influencer partnerships.
2. Influencer Identification and Management:
- Research, identify, and cultivate relationships with influencers who align with our brand and target audience.
- Negotiate and manage influencer partnerships, including contracts, compensation, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with the legal team to ensure all influencer agreements are compliant and protective of the company's interests.
3. Campaign Planning and Execution:
- Create creative and engaging influencer marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
- Provide influencers with detailed campaign briefs, guidelines, and assets to ensure the successful execution of campaigns.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns in real-time to maximize ROI.
4. Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the influencer marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Track expenditures and report on the ROI of influencer marketing initiatives.
5. Performance Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze the performance of influencer campaigns using data and analytics tools.
- Prepare regular reports that highlight key metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with the marketing, Social Media, content, and product teams to align influencer efforts with broader marketing strategies.
- Leverage influencer content for use across various marketing channels.
7. Stay Updated on Industry Trends:
- Stay current with influencer marketing trends, emerging platforms, and industry best practices.
- Continuously adapt and evolve the influencer strategy to capitalize on new opportunities.
8. Team Leadership:
- Build and lead a high-performing influencer partnerships team, providing mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in influencer marketing, with a track record of successful campaigns in an e-commerce or related industry.
- Strong negotiation, contract management, and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership experience and the ability to inspire and lead a team.
- Familiarity with industry tools and platforms for influencer identification and campaign management.
- A passion for the e-commerce industry and a deep understanding of consumer behavior.
- Strong understanding of the Christian niche, including its values, culture, and influencers within the community.
Physical Demands:
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee routinely is required to sit; walk; talk and hear; use hands to keyboard, finger, handle, and feel; stoop, kneel, crouch, twist, reach, and stretch. Speaking and hearing ability sufficient to communicate in person, over the telephone, and/or via video conference.

Emotional Demands:
- Data analysis & interpretation. You will have to process and review a lot of information from a variety of sources, understand how data is collected, assess data quality, and how to use the information.
- Communication skills. You need to have advanced communication skills in both oral and written form. Emails and written communication with colleagues and external partners, written reports for senior executives. Able to communicate complex financial information to people outside of the finance department.
- Comfortable with technology. Able to navigate data through computers, mobile, software, databases. Stay up to date with technology advances.
- Oriented to detail. Financial forecasts rely on projections which can be impacted by even minor changes in sales patterns, consumer sentiment, economic shifts, competitor changes, etc. You will need to be attuned to small changes in all streams of data.
- Confident decision-making skills. You will need to review data and make sound decisions on what actions to take and make confident recommendations to senior management. You may need to make decisions quickly with limited amounts of information in urgent situations.
