Position Overview

We are seeking an accomplished creative in photography, videography and video/photo editing, with a portfolio that demonstrates an ability to capture and produce captivating content in the beauty industry. The ideal candidate also possesses an understanding of Instagram and knows the best practices for content creation on the platform. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and share high-quality, visually engaging online content, such as demonstrations, testimonials, case studies, and beauty care tips that highlight Revel You's unique facial rejuvenation techniques.
• Utilize advanced photo and video editing software to maintain a consistent, high-quality aesthetic that aligns with our brand identity.
• Gain a deep understanding of our target audience to tailor marketing strategies that align with both business goals and customer needs.
• Work closely with our patient care team to brainstorm and produce content that captivates and engages our audience.
• Actively engage with our community by responding to comments and fostering brand loyalty through meaningful interaction.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends in beauty, facial rejuvenation, and digital media to explore new avenues for content and engagement.
• Analyze key performance metrics of new content, linking these to vital business outcomes, and implement strategies for enhancement.
• Ensure timely completion of content creation projects, from photography, filming and editing to posting.
• Display comfort and charisma in front of the camera, ensuring all content is in sync with the brand's creative vision.
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support our team and mission.

Requirements

• Accomplished creative in photography, videography and video/photo editing, as evidenced by a portfolio highlighting a ability to capturing and producing captivating content that also tells a story.
• Deep understanding of our target clientele and expertise in marketing to upscale clients.
• Ability to develop and execute a content strategy, including creating a monthly content calendar with engaging photos, graphics, videos, and captions to boost engagement and brand visibility.
• Expertise in coordinating project concepts from ideation through to completion, ensuring content is in harmony with our brand’s ethos.
• Up-to-date with the latest beauty trends and techniques.
• Exceptional creative vision, capable of collaborating effectively to brainstorm and realize innovative ideas.
• Knowledge of Social Media platforms and content management systems.
• Comprehensive understanding of marketing principles, current trends, and best practices.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented, flexible, and proactive, with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Initially focusing on Instagram, confident in expanding our brand’s presence and engagement.
