The Role:

What You'll Do:
- Brainstorm and generate content story ideas to amplify engagement across LVCVA social channels in collaboration with social agency of record and department leadership.
- Capture highly engaging content and live event coverage while ensuring alignment with LVCVA's brand voice, tone and quality of execution.
- Manage all aspects of video and static production, from pre-production to post, social-forward copy development and graphic design applications.
- Identify and share real-time cultural opportunities for the brand to engage with.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Film, Graphic Design or related field preferred
- Demonstrated experience in digital/Social Media with an emphasis on video production and social content creation
- Prior experience working with an agency of record, writing creative briefs and leading social content development
- Keen awareness of Social Media trends, technology and best practices
- Exceptionally skilled with image curation, visual storytelling and maintaining brand standards
- Ability to draft authentic and engaging copy across all social platforms
- Comfortable multitasking various creative campaigns and projects
- Highly creative, collaborative, positive, and proactive
- Work varied shifts as needed, including weekends and holidays
