Job Overview:
The Social Media Content Creator - UGC will play a crucial role in developing and executing innovative content strategies for our brand partners on TikTok. This role demands a creative storyteller who is not only adept at video production but also understands the nuances of engaging a TikTok audience. The ideal candidate is someone who lives and breathes Social Media, stays ahead of trends, and has a proven track record of creating videos that capture attention, ignite conversations, and drive user engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Conceptualize, film, and edit engaging TikTok videos that align with brand goals, messaging, and aesthetics. Creativity in storytelling through UGC is paramount.
- Trend Analysis: Stay on top of TikTok trends, music, and challenges, leveraging insights to craft content that is both relevant and innovative.
- Brand Collaboration: Work closely with our brand partners to understand their vision and objectives, ensuring content is tailored to meet their specific needs.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor the performance of your content, using insights to refine and optimize future content strategies.
- Community Engagement: Foster a positive community around our brand partners by engaging with followers through comments, challenges, and user-generated content prompts.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience creating engaging video content, specifically for TikTok, with a portfolio that showcases your ability to tell stories and engage audiences.
- Excellent videography and editing skills, with proficiency in video editing software and TikTok's in-app editing tools.
- A deep understanding of TikTok's platform, including trends, user behavior, and content optimization strategies.
- Strong creative vision with the ability to produce content that is both innovative and in line with brand identity.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with team members and brand partners.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and deliver quality content consistently under tight deadlines.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
