Crawford Group (www.crawfordgroup.com) is seeking a Social Media Community Manager for a leading software client of ours. This Community Manager will be passionate about marketing design technology to help accelerate the growth of community channels on Social Media.

Responsibilities:
- Drive social posting: Collaborate with the team and creators to write, create, design, Social Media content
- Curate, create and manage calendar to ensure an active pipeline of content on top social channels
- Keep eye on industry and Social Media trends to jump on trends with responsive posts
- Hands-on content creation: Honing your blurb-writing skills utilizing standard industry software and social platforms
- Community management and building. Answering questions and facilitating troubleshooting with social audience
- Triage community concerns and summarize the community voice/feedback at meetings
- Ability to work and collaborate with creators and affiliates from diverse backgrounds, disciplines, and communities. Interdisciplinary creative background a plus
- Champion the creators’ voice in the community. Connect the community with resources or solutions. Ensuring the needs of creators are met to unblock their creations and productions
- Drive awareness and build new audiences via proactive engagement
- Help recruit creators for pre-release community and work with technical Community Manager to improve community-product feedback loop
- Creator enablement and production coordination
- Taskmaster: Coordinate and support other creators and teammates producing content. Keep them on track and on-schedule
- Organizing, gathering, and preparing UGC, existing content, and new content
- Keep digital asset management library organized and easily accessible by teammates
- Keep creator hub updated with resources to continually improve the onboarding and content production process
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience, managing social channels
- Experience creating and writing original content, must have written for a brand. Portfolio should include content created for social. Content includes but not limited to, Social Media videos, stories, TikTok videos, reels, animations, GIFs etc
- Strong organizational, prioritization skills and attention to details
- Enthusiastic, and proactive attitude toward content creation
- Impeccable verbal, written, and visual communication skills
- Exhibits initiative, persistence, passion, and strong work ethic
- Focused on measurable outcomes
- Highly motivated to learn, create with a ‘rolling up the sleeves attitude’
- Champions team culture with positivity and accountability
- Proficiency with Sprinklr is a bonus
Location: Remote
Duration: Consulting
Rate: $2,000-$2,200/weekly W-2 consultant of Crawford Group; benefits available (Our salary ranges are determined based on skills, experience and location)
