Dazzle Dry is a leading brand in the beauty industry, dedicated to providing high-quality, fast-
drying nail polish that combines innovation with style. As the Social Listening/Community
Engagement Specialist, you will play a key role in building and maintaining our brand presence
across various social media platforms.
The ideal candidate is a creative individual with a passion for beauty and nail care, possessing
excellent communication skills and a keen understanding of social media dynamics. This role
involves curating and engaging with consumers, ensuring brand alignment, and driving program
success through weekly updates and approvals.
Responsibilities:
Community Engagement:
Foster and grow an active and engaged online community through responding to comments,
messages, and inquiries on social media platforms. (DTC sites – both retail and Pro, Instagram,
Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest)
Build and nurture an online community around the Dazzle Dry brand.
Foster positive relationships with followers, customers, and beauty enthusiasts.
Social Listening and Media Management:
Create and curate engaging content for Dazzle Drys social media channels, including but not
limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest.
Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across social platforms.
Content Creation:
Collaborate with creative and performance agencies to develop/activate creative assets for
campaigns and promotions.
Campaign Execution:
Assist in the planning and execution of social media campaigns and giveaways to drive brand
engagement and reach.
Stay Updated on Industry Trends:
Keep abreast of industry trends, social media best practices, and emerging platforms to ensure
the brand remains innovative and relevant.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Digital/Social Marketing, Marketing or a related field or relevant
experience.
1-2 years experience in social media or digital marketing preferred
Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences. (Facebook,
Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, etc.) is a plus.
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
Basic knowledge of social media analytics and reporting.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
