SkyRange Senior Network Engineer
The SkyRange team is seeking a Chief Network Architect for its new mission operations center in Grand Forks ND. Work with cutting edge instrumentation and be in on the ground floor of design and operations of the SkyRange data distribution infrastructure. The position is hybrid telework/onsite, with the primary office located in Niceville Florida.

Daily Tasks and responsibilities include:
- Designing network architectures, data warehouse infrastructure, and associated security models in support of Skyrange operations
- Leading a small team in the implementation, installation, and daily operations of the network infrastructure and data warehouse
- Working with customer Program Security Officers (PSO's) and Approval Officers (AO's) to obtain accreditation and maintain status as an approved MLS system
- Formulating budgets and funding profiles required to maintain a healthy balance between overhead funding and Direct Product Account (DPA) funding
- Developing roadmaps for future technology refresh efforts and expansion of infrastructure to meet future customer requirements
Basic Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 15 years' experience with design, implementation, accreditation, and daily operations of Multi-Level Security (MLS, not Multiple Independent Levels of Security - MILS) network infrastructures operating simultaneously in a mixed environment from CUI to above Collateral Secret.
- Minimum 20 years' experience with data from instrumentation of Telemetry, Optical sensors, Radars, and Time Space Position Information (TSPI), data collection and preservation, and distribution to T&E customer base in a secure environment.
- Minimum 20 years' experience with Data Warehousing and Data management techniques and tools.
- 15+ years experience with trusted operation systems such as Solaris with Trusted Extensions and Trusted Linux.
- 10+ Years experience with requirements for secure facility construction per ICD/ICS 705
- 10+ years experience with leading medium sized technical teams of 15-25 people.
- 5+ years managing and planning Direct Product Account (DPA) cost models in support of operating a major T&E Capability.
- Minimum CISSP certification and the expertise associated with communicating system architectures, data flows, and associated risk levels to Accreditation and Approval Officers (AO's).
- Established working relationships with AO's and Leadership from Navy (N9) , Air-Force, Army, and MDA agencies.
- Minimum TS-SCI Clearance
