Purpose: To assist customers in accessing the services provided by the Marina.
Essential Functions
Provide a positive customer service experience for every customer associated with the facility
Assist customers with boarding their vessel following the boat being launched
Greet and assist customer arriving at the fuel dock and appropriately help with dock lines
Provide ice and fuel as requested by the customer at the fuel dock
Perform boat cleaning activities upon vessels being remove from the water
Conduct daily pump outs for wet slip vessels
Conduct daily trash collection for entire property
Performing facility cleaning activities as needed
Help in the general upkeep and cleanliness of the facility
Provide spotter help when requested by the forklift operators
Assist the forklift drivers with the trailer load/unload actions
Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment and random drug and alcohol screen.
Other tasks as needed and required.
Maintain a clean and professional appearance and attitude.
Operate safely in all aspects of the job at all times.
Schedules
Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
Schedules may vary from time to time.
The marina operates 7 days a week and most holidays.
Knowledge Skills & Ability
Fundamental knowledge of marina operations.
Professionalism.
Education & Experience
Boating safety certificate if born after January 1, 1988.
Hospitality training as designated by management.
Physical Requirements
Requires lifting, bending, pulling, and pushing of objects weighing more than 50 pounds.

Floor scrubber.
Pallet forklifts.
Pressure washer.
Launch management software.
Fuel pumps.
