- The Site Security Supervisor will supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift at an assigned customer.
- The Site Supervisor will act as a liaison between the Account Manager, and professional security officers. Supervise staff on assigned shift, providing coaching, recognition, and corrective discipline.

The Security Site Supervisor will supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services to an assigned customer. The Security Site Supervisor will act as a liaison between Security Officers and the Site Manager. They will supervise site staff and provide coaching, recognition, and discipline within approved empowerment range.
Hourly starting wage: $24.00 per hour
Schedule: Primarily will be Monday-Friday, but some nights, weekends and holidays may be occasionally needed based on operational needs.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise assigned Security Officers to include post duties, weekly schedules, time off requests,
- Supervise the site operations under the guidance and support of the site manager.
- Maintain a strong visible presence among visitors, patrons, and employees to enforce order and protect property.
- Conduct regular foot patrols and surveillance of industrial or commercial premises to prevent safety hazards, theft, violence, or infractions of rules.
- Enforce rules, regulations, policies, and procedures, promptly responding to emergency situations and providing security assistance as required.
- Prepare detailed narrative reports and oversee the maintenance of daily activity reports (DARs).
- Monitor and report irregular or unusual activity, implementing appropriate measures to address any identified risks.
- Ensures site safety programs and policies are adhered to properly.
- Display the highest levels of customer service and communication skills to all stakeholders.
- Reports directly to Site Manager.
- Other duties as assigned.
Additional Responsibilities may Include:
- CCTV.
- Access Control.
- Fire System Operation.
- Security patrol tours of property.
- Hold-Up Security System Operation.
- Dealing with unwanted/hostile individuals
- Can calmly and effectively handle crisis situations at the site.
- Additional shift/post inspections and visits as needed.
- Weekly operational meeting with Site Manager.
- Other duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- At least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- State Issued Security License
- Prior Supervisory, leadership, or related work experience.
- Security or related work experience with a solid understanding of the security industry and contract security services.
- Winteam Experience a plus
- Display exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to handle crisis situations at the client site, calmly and efficiently.
- Able to work in various environments such as cold weather, rain/snow, or heat.
- Stand or walk on various surfaces for long periods of time.
