Job Description
- Fulfill and promote the company’s mission and values (represented by the WASH acronym)
- Responsible for overall site operation in its entirety
- Strive to surpass customer expectations
- Recruiting, hiring, developing, and maintaining a team of people that will deliver a clean vehicle to customers in a safe, fast, and friendly manner
- Train and coach the wash team frequently to emulate company safety, customer relations, wash procedures and to comply with all company policies
- Monitor employee behavior and counsel as necessary
- Develop the weekly schedule for all employees
- Determine disciplinary measures and terminate team members when necessary
- Obtain, review and send all new hire documentation to HR department in a timely manner
- Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and damage claims
- Maintain incident reports for all accidents reported at the store and follow up on incidents to resolution
- Create Purchase orders for all customer repairs and send to accounting department
- Check operation of equipment and components daily
- Perform equipment maintenance procedures as scheduled
- Repair equipment (or coordinate repair) as necessary
- Maintain a clean, attractive, and safe facility
- Enforce safety standards
- Complete opening and closing duties
- Interact with suppliers by handling all purchases for the wash location
- Review, approve and send all invoices to the accounting department in a timely manner
- Maintain budgeted operational costs
- Maintain accurate records and generate reports as requested
- Assist in the management of chemical and vending inventory
- Handle cash transactions/deposits ethically, efficiently, and accurately
- Comply with RocketFast! Employee Handbook
- Seek and communicate among other managers to improve company procedures
- Always strive to do a better job and to motivate others to do the same
- Other responsibilities and tasks as necessary
