Our HR team is looking for an HR Manager to manage and supervise the day to day operations of multiple hospital locations. The position will provide supervision, support, and guidance to HR Staff, and work closely with Administration with the ultimate goal of growing and maintaining an engaged team. The HR Manager will collaborate with department directors to problem solve ongoing issues that impact department goals or team member engagement. Through professional expertise and guidance, the HR Manager is a resource to leaders as a consultant and interpreter of policies, processes and guidelines. The HR Manager will also respond to Arkansas Employment Commission hearings, employee relation issues, and disciplinary issues. Position reports to Market HR Director.
Three years of HR experience required. BA or BS preferred. SPHR/PHR/SHRM-SCP/SHRM-CP also preferred
