Simple On-Site Event Manager

Responsibilities:
+ Oversee corporate chair massage event, including supervising arrival / setup of the chair massage therapists, managing the provided sign-up sheet, and leading clients to their assigned appointment station.

+ Providing a warm welcome and maintaining a positive atmosphere.

+ Ensure the smooth and efficient running of events and functions held at the site.

+ Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization surrounding the chair massage stations.

Qualifications:
+ Any experience within the hospitality / event industry is preferred.

+ This role will require working with some degree of uncertainty and therefore must have the ability to stay calm and positive under pressure.

+ Good communication and interpersonal skills.

NOTE: This is a temporary contract position for March 26th from 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM PST! Must be available for this entire time.

Job Types: Contract, Temporary

Pay: $45.00 per hour
