Silicon Electrical Engineer - Layout Analog/Mixed (Contract)

Summary:
The main function of a Silicon Electrical Engineer - Layout Analog/Mixed Signal is to create analog and digital layouts that meet power, performance, and area objectives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end layout with necessary quality and compliance checks.
- Work closely with circuit designer to understand, capture, and implement layout design constraints.
- Facilitate and participate in Layout Design Review Presentation.
- Translate schematics into analog and digital layouts that meet power, performance, and area objectives.
Requirements:
- 8-10 years of relevant experience required.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field required.
- Detailed knowledge of EDA tools from Cadence, Mentor and Synopsys for custom layout, extraction, and quality checks.
- Use of Cadence Virtuoso and Calibre.
- Verbal and written communication skills, analytical and problem-solving ability.

- Pay Range: $37 - 42 per hour
